Using Fabi means accepting these terms.

By creating an account, listing a business, or using Fabi in any way, you accept these terms and the privacy policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

An event vendor directory.

Fabi connects people planning events with vendors in El Salvador (photographers, decor, venues, catering, and more). We help you find, compare, and contact vendors. The actual service agreements, payments, and deliveries are between you and the vendor — Fabi is not a party to that contract.

One person, one account.

To use account-gated features, you authenticate with a magic link sent to your email. You're responsible for what happens on your account. The information you register must be truthful.

For vendors: one email can link to one vendor account at a time. This keeps billing and support simple.

Treat others the way you'd want to be treated.

When using Fabi you agree not to:

• Publish false, misleading, offensive, illegal content, or content that violates third-party rights.
• Impersonate another person or business.
• Send spam, mass messages, or use Fabi to promote products unrelated to events.
• Try to bypass plan limits, scrape data en masse, or compromise platform security.
• Use Fabi to coordinate illegal activities or events forbidden by Salvadoran law.

You own what you post.

If you're a vendor, you retain all rights over photos, descriptions, and other content you upload. By publishing it on Fabi you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to display it within the platform and on channels that promote it (social media, search).

If you're a visitor, the reviews you leave are yours but we publish them linked to the vendor. False or libelous reviews may be removed.

Platform quality depends on honesty.

Reviews are moderated and may be reviewed or removed if they violate these terms. Any user can report abusive or fake content via the flag icon. Repeatedly malicious reports can lead to account suspension.

Plus and Destacado are optional.

Vendor accounts are free. The Plus and Destacado tiers are optional and unlock benefits (unlimited messaging, featured placement in search). For now, payments are handled manually with each vendor — automated payments are coming soon with clear billing details.

If we later introduce booking commissions or B2B advertising, we'll notify you in advance and request explicit consent before charging anything new.

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts that: violate these terms, upload fraudulent content, receive multiple valid reports, or put platform integrity at risk. When feasible we notify first and give the chance to correct.

You can close your account at any time. Data tied to other users (e.g., reviews you left) may persist for historical integrity unless you request specific deletion.

Fabi is a facilitator, not a party to the deal.

We do our best to keep the platform available and the listed vendors real, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability or the quality of any vendor's delivered service. Any claim about contracted services is between you and the vendor.

To the extent permitted by law, Fabi is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss.

We'll let you know.

We may update these terms. The date above reflects the latest update. For material changes we notify by email or via a visible notice in the platform. Continuing to use Fabi after a change means you accept the new terms.

El Salvador.

These terms are governed by the laws of El Salvador. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of the country.
